Requirements To Rent

Renter Requirements 

• Driver’s License
• Auto Insurance
• Vehicle able to tow desired trailer and load.
• Trailer must only be used inside the U.S.

Vehicle Requirements

1. No bumper pull style hitches allowed must have a frame style hitch receiver.

2. Make sure you ball receiver lock works or remove it before arrival.

3. Our bumper pull trailers come with tow ball hitches. you must provide your own tow ball for our gooseneck trailers. 

4. Check your tow capacity on your ball mount, if it’s not rated for the GVWR of the trailer one is available with your trailer rental

5. 7 way plug and brake controller need to be in working conditions prior to pick up. (We Have 7 way to 4 way connector if needed)

Booking Reservations

Call/Text (936) 242-9199, or email hnsrentalsllc@gmail.com to book your trailer rental. Once we confirm availability of the trailer and answer any questions. We will direct you to our rental agreement / pickup instructions.

Rental Agreement/Liability Waiver

Once you have decided to go through with renting a trailer, our next steps are to to go over and sign our rental agreement / liability waiver. This is to make sure that we protect both the customer and ourselves for future business.
